Medical supur intendent of DHQ Hospital Bahawalpur invites sealed bids from the firms having established credentials in terms of technical, Financial and Managerial eligibility For the financial year 2021-2022/ 2022-2023 or both. Welcoming all eligible biders, for the purchase of following tenders mentioned in details below:-

1. Interested biders may get the biding documents & detailed specifications from the office of procurement officer under O/o Medical superintendent DHQ Hospital Bahawalpur, on submission of written application at their own letter head including a copy of CINC & payment of non-refundable tender fee Rs.2,000/-( twothusand only ) for each set of biding documents.
2. Biding documents including detailed specifications, terms & conditions can be purchased up to last date & time mentioned in the advertisement.
3. Sealed bids are required to be submitted by the interested bidders on last date & time mentioned in the advertisement in the office of Medical superintendent DHQ Hospital Bahawalpur.
It shall be opened on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representative, by the Purchase Committee. Bid security of the 2% mentioned above ( as determined by the procuring agency ) in the shape of call deposit by any schedule bank is required to be furnished with be bide.
4. Open competitive Biding method will be adopted and single stage- One Envelope bidding procedure shall be applied, under the Punjab procurement Rules,2014 ( Amended till to date )

9. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time / satge prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bider, the grounds for its rejection of all bids of proposal, but shall not be required to justify those grounds.
10. Qualification criteria as described in detail in biding documents shall be strictly followed, only those fulfilling the qualification criteria shall be declared as response biders.
11. The budget estimate comprise of anticipated Account VI budget of relevant financial year, Health Council, Sehat Saholat program and social welfare program, so any change in policy/ rules later on, may be excited and successful bider would be liable to obey it.
12. Procuring agency reserve the right to change/ alter/ add/ remove any of the AD terms and conditions any time before signing the agreement.

Date of Openings:- Tender will be received on 07.04.2022 UpTo 10:30am and will be opened at 11:00am on the same date.
The tender will be opened in the presence of participants or their authorized representative ( bearing authority letters ) who attend O/O chief Engineer ( Material Management ) IESCO Head office G-7/4 street No. 40 Islamabad. Meterial shall confirm to relevant WAPDA/NTDC Specifications ( amended to date ).

4. Tender must be accompanied with bank guarantee @ 2% in favour of chief executive officer IESCO Islamabad of the officer quantity valid for 90 days ( Ninety days ) in the form of the bank Guarantee/call deposit issued by any schedule bank of Pakistan ( having rating A+ or above ).
5. Tender form including terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of material management IESCO Islamabad against non-refundable account of Rs.3,000/- on any working day during office hours asking a day earliest from the date of opened of tender.
6. In case of history announced by the govt of Pakistan, strike in IESCO or any officer reason whatover due to which this office remain closed on above schedule tender open date , the tenders will be opened on next workers days at same time and place/venue.
7. The bid should be for fully quantity of tender and bid for less quantity of tender will not be accepted.
