Kala Shah Kaku Govt today issued tender notice for selling land. Bidders who want to purchase land of area 10 kanal 10 marla or 1200 sq yards in Chandi Town Chak Azam are requited to participate in tenders. Interested parties may collect tender document from office of Land Revenue Dept. with tender fee Rs 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) and submit application till 13th April 2022
EO Lahore Town Chak Azam is apprised that bid will be received at 11AM on 3rd May at his chamber, Plot No 11-A Kala Shah Kaku Road Chak 44 after which it will be opened and read out immediately thereafter in presence of bidders present as per schedule/invitation. Any discrepancy shall not invalidate any proceedings hereinafter taken but all efforts shall be made to maintain accuracy thereof. If no objections are raised by any bidder within a period of one week from date of opening of bids, he shall be deemed to have waived his right to raise objection on grounds other than those stated in paragraph 4(d). 
The decision of EO in respect thereof shall be final and binding upon all concerned without appeal or reference whatsoever. 
The award shall be communicated within two weeks from date of opening bids failing which it would stand cancelled automatically without any further notice being required. In case of dispute regarding claims or demands arising out of these terms and conditions, only civil court having jurisdiction over Chak Azam District will have jurisdiction. 
All disputes relating to interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to adjudication by arbitration tribunal constituted under Arbitration Act 1996 by three arbitrators appointed equally between Government and Contractor. Arbitral Award is enforceable under provisions contained in Section 34 A & 34B Arbitration Act 1996.

Any bid submitted after above mentioned time limit will not be considered. If any bid received from unauthorized agent or firm then that bid shall not be considered. 
All bids must clearly mention name of bidders with their address and contact number so that any clarification can be sought if necessary. Any proposal or document submitted after due date shall not be considered. Bidder/Agent/Consultant should have valid registration certificate issued by ministry of corporate affairs Government Of India and valid registration certificate issued by registrar company law Government Of India along with authorization letter signed by authorized signatory to participate in tender process (If available). 
In case bidders do not fulfill above mentioned criteria then bidder's proposals shall automatically get rejected even before opening same. Bidder shall deposit security amount equal to 5% of total contract value in form of demand draft drawn in favour of Kurukshetra Gramin Bank payable at kurukshetra. Security amount will be returned unutilized after completion of contract provided no claim against such security has been made during performance period. 
No other security amount will be accepted by bank. No bid bond will be accepted for more than 50% of project cost except those contractors who are working with us continuously and having good track record for past 5 years or more than one crore rupees turnover per annum.

Notices Tenders Online

The E-Tendering system is a web based application that enables Government of Pakistan Ministries/Divisions to publish their tenders online. The e-Tendering system is open and transparent, allowing bidders to view tender notices online. Additionally, bidders can download documents related to tenders and also request for clarifications or addenda (post bids). The website also allows registered bidders to submit bids electronically. The registration will ensure that all bid details are visible to all registered bidders only. All information about bidding process including time schedule, eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria etc. will be available on e-Tendering website. 
It is mandatory for all prospective bidders to register themselves in order to participate in any public procurement activity using e-Tendering System. Registration requires submitting basic personal information and payment of Rs 1000/- as registration fee via demand draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of Controller General Of Accounts. 
This fee may be waived off at discretion of Director General PPO&IT Division Islamabad on production of valid reasons before commencement of bidding process by prospective bidder. Upon receipt of registration fee and verification of submitted data, Registrar E-Tendering shall issue login ID and password to applicant. Login ID shall be required for access to e-Tendering Website along with Password. The Contracting Authorities shall provide their Bank Account Numbers for receiving payments under CPEC projects during submission of Bids through electronic means. 
These Bank Account Numbers shall not change during Bidding Period except in case where Contracting Authority has made prior written notification on E-Tendering Website which shall remain effective till completion of Bid Submission Period for particular project unless otherwise specified therein.
