How we got here and why it’s the right choice for us

After an extensive search and after having considered a number of options, I’m proud to announce that we’ve selected a new site for our upcoming garden. The land in question, which has now been allotted to us by our local council is just outside Chak 44 (near KSK station). I know that some of you are going to be disappointed about this move (and many will probably be surprised) but please hear me out on why we feel like it was the right thing for us. If nothing else, we can finally lay all those rumors to rest once and for all... 
For those of you who are unfamiliar with how these things work, here is a brief summary of what happened We started looking at plots around 5 months ago, as soon as we had secured funding from our investors. Our original plan was to find something near or inside Lahore city limits, since most of our potential customers live there. 
However, due to a combination of factors including cost, availability and accessibility (the last being especially important for people coming from outlying areas), we ended up spending a lot more time looking at places outside Lahore than we expected. At first glance, Chak 44 looked perfect: It had enough space for us to grow into without overstretching ourselves; it wasn't too far away from Lahore; and most importantly—it wasn't expensive!

The process moving forward
The planning and building of a garden takes a lot of time, it will take us about two years before we get to move in. During these two years I am inviting different tenders for services required for making basic infrastructure in our compound like roads, sewerage line, tap water etc. On an overall scale we are providing a space of 250 marla areas. Each plot size is 7200 square yards including compound walls with iron gates at 4 corners.

What do I need to do now?
Chak 44 has been designated as a site for a new gated community called Al-Ehsan Garden, and unfortunately, that means you have to move out. If you’re not currently living in Chak 44, please stop reading now. But if you are currently living in Chak 44 and are interested in moving into your dream home at an affordable price and before other buyers find out about it (because there will be others), here’s what you need to do right now: 1.
 Now that you’ve read about all of your options, here’s what you need to do. If you live in a single storey house and are willing to move into a double storey house, please come directly to our sales office (shown below) before 18 May 2016 at 3 PM and speak with Imran Khan. If you don’t know Imran Khan personally, bring two witnesses with you who can verify your identity, including at least one of your neighbours if possible. By bringing these witnesses with you, we can make sure that no one else will be able to buy your home from us unless they provide similar verification. 2.
