Sealed tenders based on item rates / percentage above or below on approved estimated (DNT) amount are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below from the contractors/firms enlisted / renewed with C&W Department for the current financial year (2021-22) in the field of Highways & Bridges Works having Bridges (CE-02) Code.

Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable.
Tender documents will be issued from the date of publication upto 08.04.2022 and will be received on 11.04.2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM and will be opened at 12:00 Noon in the office of Commissioner, Sargodha Division Sargodha on fixed date and time by the respective Tenders Opening Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their authorized representatives.
The conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR only from any scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Highwa Division Sargodha and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of fim will not be entertained.
Tender notice at Pakistan Punjab sheikhupura

Peshawar (PTI): A tender notice was issued for the purchase of a plot in Ghaziabad on Friday by Tandlakhand Development Corporation Limited (TDCL) with an offer of Rs1,60,000,000 in cash. The tender is to be closed today, Wednesday 12th December 2020 at 11.30 am local time (GMT).
The tender notice also contains reference of the tendered parcels and the applicable deposit of each parcel. The notice further states that tender has been fixed between 10am and 7pm but due to heavy rain this day, the tender will not be concluded until 5pm yesterday. It added that the tender is open only to residents of Balochistan only, excluding those belonging to Afghanistan, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Palestine, Syria and the United Arab Emirates.
This tender offer is for building residential plots on 7,500 square meters area with one bedroom, two bedrooms, kitchenette unit attached dining room dining kitchen, sitting room and TV screen, ceiling fan, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, power point, washing machine and air conditioner within these premises.
The tender has already been placed on the website www.tdclc.pk/tent-offer.aspx which have been opened for viewing by interested parties. If a party wishes to acquire an allotment he or she would have to pay P10,000 deposit of both money and deposit certificate. The deposit will be payable by bank account of the beneficiary of the nominee company registered at name TDCL. TDCL will arrange for the payment of the deposit certificate via cheque in due course. After the receipt of said amount from the nominee company, the tenderer will give security on his own, on behalf of the nominated company and submit the payment certificate to him. For all other particulars regarding the transfer of land for acquisition of plots, see advertisement brochure. The process for making deposits, paying registration fees for new plots being constructed or other payments during the period will be initiated through bank accounts provided by the nominees of the nominated company. The tenderer’s documents, such as title certificates, copy of passport, driving license or any other document relating to ownership or ownership application, copies of proof of identity card issued by the nominee company, etc., may be forwarded to TDCL office on depository.

The tenderer, TDCL’s nominees or their representatives, may make a written and/or oral acceptance of invitation for purchasing and selling lands and plots at TDCL’s headquarter in Islamabad using either their legal authority, agents or brokers; The tenderer, TDCL’s nominees or their agents shall present sufficient proof of identification or details of its nominees, directors, officers of the board of directors of the nominee company. Such proofs of the same are to include copies of identity cards, driver’s licence, passport, letter of introduction, letter of acceptance, nomination certificates or other documentation or documents which have been issued by such company, showing its details and the date of appointment for the post of director at TDCL. The tenderer is also required to provide such proofs/documents to certain persons who can be relied by him against that company and his nominee from the nominated company in order to avoid undue costs. He may also submit the same to any other person who is authorized to do so.
The list, titles and addresses of the nominee companies for establishing such relations will be published by them from time to time. The list of nominees of TDCL shall be published by them from time to time and may also be found in the database maintained by TDCL. The list can be found on the internet as well and it is mandatory for any of them to issue you with a copy of the nominee’s address as per instructions given in the advertisement in order to receive your proposals for the land or plot. In case if any of the nominees fails in handing over you with their nominee’s name, address and nominee’s details, you are permitted to reject the same.
The information regarding all contracts and agreements entered into by Bishan Singh Bedi Company Ltd and its subsidiaries and their amendments and termination clauses, including those pertaining to contracts dated March 2016, 2018 and their respective effects, be contained therein, and other provisions relating to the sale and purchase of land and plot, be contained in the documents referred to in this announcement. All such statements and notices, advertisements, notices as well as any other statement, notice as well as any other statement, notice as well as notice related to the sale and purchase of land or plot, be referred to the Board of Directors of TDCL.
All contracts and agreements entered into by Bishan Singh Bedi Company Ltd and its subsidiaries with respect to the sales, purchase or constructionof land and plot or other matters be duly documented. However, the tender notice provided above will not be deemed any contract or agreement. No approval has been sought for the tender. The only obligation of the bidder and/or taker is to take action by sending you a request for proposal and quotation for the land and plot in accordance with the procedure laid down by the National Housing Register and Building Authority. You are therefore cautioned not to act in reliance upon any statements or notice, notice etc. without having received full information concerning the matter.
The tender will close today (Wednesday 12th December 2020) at 11.30 am GMT. Payment for the land and plot from whichever company wins the bid will be done by the designated bank account of the nominee company named after the winner. However, if there are any changes or amendments in the law or regulation in connection with the transaction relating to the land or plot, the bid cannot be accepted for purchase of land or plot against a competing bid.
The bidding committee of TDCL comprises members of the board (directors), former chairman of Sindh High Court, Faisal Azhar Zilani, Mian Rafiq Ahmad of Lahore University of Management and Economics, Director Dr Ejaz Shah, Deputy Manager Mian Hussain Bukhari, Mr Muhammad Usman Niaz, Ms Javed Anwar, Managing director Alfaah Khanwala Malik, Mian Saif Ahmad, Mr Abid Ahmed, Ms Umeyar Hamid, Habeel Mehmood Kiani, Imran Hassan Jat and others.
The deadline for receiving of bids by bidders for land and plot is 2 months from the date of closing of the declaration of interest and deposit payable under the scheme. However, if no proposal is received from the market before the deadline mentioned above, then bids will be rejected and the government will not release the funds for buying the land or plot in exchange of a tender. The public is advised that they check on official websites of TDCL regularly during the last few days.
The notification issued here is subject to re-mailing by the owner of record. Every time a claim is made against the property by any claimant, his property must be transferred on record and sent to the register keeper of record. To claim compensation for loss suffered by the claimant, he needs to send the claim to the Registry Department. In addition to the property, the defendant is also obliged to pay damages to the third party (or his dependant) in case he loses any income due to the plaintiff’s breach of any duty. Also, the defendant is also liable for his personal losses (or negligence on part of his liability insurers) which occurred when he or his employees were providing services and products to the plaintiff (or his dependant).
The defendants to take up this matter include TDCL, Bishan Singh Bedi Company, its logo and design, Dhan Lal Sohail of Bharti Enterprises Private Limited, Ravi Kumar Gupta of Adegrees Education Services Pvt lg, Mahesh Rana Singh of Barings Bank of India, Babu Sukkur Barringer Ajmal Sait.
The total cost of purchase of land and plot for constructing residences, offices, garage, swimming pool, garden area and parking space is estimated to be about Rs12 billion. This includes land amounting to about 14.8 hectares for building and 30 acres of land for laying out of water courses with its tanks and reservoirs for irrigation purpose. The total value of plots in Ghaziabad alone stands at around Rs24 billion.
The company has engaged 20 contractors to carry out work of different sections of land and plot during construction. However, these contractors are often unavailable.
The chief executive officer of the firm has approved for the settlement of TDCL’s investment (Rs1,20,000 million) in its various schemes on Tuesday evening. Thereafter, the Chief Minister will take stock of the work of various sections of land and plot and also meet with the officials of the Ministry of Works and the National Parks Board.
A summary report of the works carried out will be prepared following meeting. Later, a detailed assessment of the progress progress of the project will be carried out. Similarly, the work will also be assessed of what is left of the land or plot in order to complete the project. The contractor will also be given orders to start their work.
