The tender notice on hiring of vehicles has been given by the Indian Department of Planning and Public Projects, Government of India. Application Deadline

16 April 2022. The Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur invites online applications for 2-year contract for a position as Research Associate in chemistry (RA). Reporting Time & Spot
The driver should report for duty at 0830 hrs. on all working days and remain present with vehicle till 0030 hrs. of next day at his / her point of discharge (Phg., Pune). The driver should not exceed free period of 7 hrs. during duty hours.
 The driver is advised to have one day off in a week which may or may not be scheduled by employer. The vehicle, including all accessories shall be kept in good and serviceable condition at all times. The employer reserves right to reject any driver who is found guilty of negligence, carelessness or willful damage to his vehicle. A minimum deduction of Rs 500/- will be made from salary of the driver for each incident of such willful damage incurred while on duty as per labour law laws of India. Any form of harassment towards co-workers will attract disciplinary action as well as fine equivalent to wages for one month payable by driver to management immediately.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with Bid Number T-532 and placed in a sealed envelope marked No of bids on collection dates to be valid.

All bidders are required to register their bids in person. Bids cannot be accepted by email or fax. A bid will not be valid unless registered and placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your Bid Number T-532 at time of submission. Registered bidders will be informed of successful bids within seven days of bid closing date by telephone, fax or e-mail. All offers will become binding upon acceptance by Council.
