Criteria for Selection
To obtain a contract for supply, a supplier will have to submit evidence of experience in supplying as similar product as required by OEP/UAE/SHADAB, etc. and NUST. The documents required should includeinclude (i) Tender Bond; 
(ii) Performance Guarantee; 
(iii) Letter of Credit; 
(iv) Certificate of Registration with Board of Investment Pakistan; and 
(v) Tax Clearance Certificate. On request, other relevant documents may be submitted.
The lowest price quoted by each bidder shall be final subject to his fulfillment all terms & conditions specified in tender document(s). It is clarified that any variation from or addition to these terms & conditions shall not be binding on UMT unless agreed upon in writing between UMT & successful bidder(s).
