 1. The 'INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE PUNJAB' {IDAP} has been established as an Automomous body under the infrastructure DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE PUNJAB ACT, 2016 by the government of (_____ some copyright issues so { Visit Site }) of infrastructure in Punjab in line with best international practice to cope with future Development needs. 
2. infrastructure Development of the Punjab, IDAP {The Employer} intends to hire consultants for "RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF ESTABLISHMENT OF PILOT PROGRAM FOR HUBAND SPOKE MODEL AT ZAHIR PIR, {Visit site} with an estimated cost of PKR 53.36 million approximately. 
3. Request for proposal notice is open to all consultants/joint Venture of the consultants who are registered with Pakistan engineering council, details requirements are provider in request for proposal documents.

( VISIT SITE And Read last paragraph) , in accordance with the Punjab procurement Rules, 2014 interested firms may download the tender notice from the Punjab procurement regulatory Authority {PPRA} Website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the infrastructure DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PUNJAB {IDAP} Website https://idap.pk . 5. The procurement shall be conducted through the E-Procurement portal of IDAP only. For purpose of issuance of the RFP document. The applicant's shall submitted a requesting for accessing the e-procurement portal of IDAP during working hours on email id: procurement@idap.pk with the below-mentioned credentials.

6. The Applicant shall access/obtain the RFP Document by using the link provided at the applicant's Email address. 
7. The RFP document comprising Technical & Financial Proposal prepared in accordance with the instructions in RFP document and e-procurement portal, must be submitted on E-Procurement Portal on or 11th April 2022, no later than 12:00 PM. Technical Proposal will be opened and the same day on E-Procurement Portal at 12:30 PM. 
8. In case, the last date on submission of RFP application is declared a public holiday then the next working day will be considered for submission & opening.

6. The successful biders will be bound to follow the PPRA Rules 2014 and as amended time to time and Government / TEVTA Rules for procurement. 

7. Performance security @ 10% of the contract amount will be required to deposit by the bidders before issuance of supply order. 

8. Any cutting / overwriting on tender document will be accepted.

10. Payment will be made after inspection of delivered items by the notified committee, deduction of security and All Government Taxes admissible at the time of payment as per rules. 

11. The delivery period will be 45 days Frome the date of issuance of supply order, in case of foreign delivery items that can be extended up-to 60 days. 

12. The procurement Committee reserved the rights to reject all bides or proposal any time prior to procurement Committee to justify the reason. 

13. Sealed envelope of tender document will be received by post or courier. No tender will accepted by hand.
