Nature of Work
Under Karachi Circular Railway Project, in pursuance of tenders are invited from eligible private industries on work orders basis by Pakistan Railways Head Office under Ministry of Railways, Govt. of Pakistan. Applicants having requisite technical and financial resources may send their tender proposals complete in all respect along with verified bank references to: - Director (Works), Ministry of Railways, Lahore Cantt., Lahore-54500 within a week. The decision shall be final and binding on all concerned and no correspondence will be entertained thereafter. No TA/DA will be admissible during inspection of plant/office facilities. All relevant documents should be submitted at time of inspection otherwise they would not be considered. Only those bidders whose names appear in Annexure A attached herewith shall be allowed to submit their Tender Proposals which must reach Ministry of Railways, Lahore Cantt., Lahore-54500 latest by 17th September 2017 at 10:30 AM. No other bid would be accepted after due date and time mentioned above. Incomplete or late bids will not even be opened & returned unopened to respective bidders without any further notice.

Drawings, Specifications & Method of Measurement
The proprietor of private industries wishing to get tender notice is required to make ready their papers in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned below. Drawings, specifications & method of measurement are attached for convenient reference. The length and width (height) of three types of small fan along with pulley, number & diameter of centrifugal blower or equivalent capacity: 1. Bed room small ceiling fan - Length : 1050 mm - Width : 600 mm - Height : 1200 mm 2. Living room small ceiling fan - Length : 1100 mm - Width : 800 mm - Height : 1400 mm 3. Drawing Room large floor standing fan - Length : 1500 mm - Width : 900 mm - Height : 2100mm 4. Floor Standing Fan – Length: 1700mm – Width: 1100mm – Height: 2400mm 5. Centrifugal Blower- Diameter 100/110/120/140/160 /200 cm 6. Centrifugal Blower Speed- 50/60 Hz 7.
Qualification & Experience Required
The candidate should have Degree or Diploma in related field. Expertise in similar projects shall be an added advantage. With required experience and qualification, interested candidates may send their applications in prescribed format at [VISIT SITE] or walk-in to human resource department at Pakistan Punjab Small Industries Corporation Limited, Multan House, G Block, PIA Society Main Road, Karachi on November 1st 2022 during office hours. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending interview. The appointment of selected candidates will be purely on contract basis. Incomplete application form / CV shall not be entertained and will summarily rejected if sent to address mentioned above. Only short listed candidates shall be called for interview.
Last date of receiving applications is November 1st 2023. Complete application form / CV may be submitted at address mentioned above during office hours and walk-in interviews will be held on November 1st 2022 as well. Interviews shall be based on merit and no TA/DA will be admissible for attending interview. Applications are invited from all candidates with required qualification, experience and desire to serve. Method of Application, Submission and Opening of Bids
The bids shall be submitted in duplicate clearly marked on envelopes as Bid without Tender within 1 day from date of publication of tender notice. Bids must be deposited by hand with relevant Officer of Corporations /Departments in sealed envelope and should contain complete, accurate and up-to-date information about bidding organization including registered name, address (with house no.), contact details such as telephone numbers, e-mail address etc. Late bids will not be accepted nor opening postponed under any circumstances. Bid deposits will not be returned to bidders who do not win a bid or who have been finally found ineligible or unqualified. To avoid rejection of its bid at later stage, bidder is advised to ensure that all its documents are accurately filled out and signed before submission. No changes can be made after submission except in cases where it is allowed as per instructions given below: Addendum/Modification/Extension Form: Addendum/Modification/Extension form may be used only if there is an error in technical specifications or other related documents which has resulted into non-compliance of these documents with regard to items contained therein. In case of any discrepancy between technical specification document and addendum/modification/extension form, technical specification document shall prevail over addendum/modification/extension form.
