Inspection of Goods and/or Services Required
The Lahore marriage hall hereby require a tender for inspection of potential suppliers/vendors for: wedding cars (decorated and non-decorated) lighting rentals, catering equipment/goods, chairs, tables. The chosen vendor/supplier will be asked to provide at least three quotes to include in price all costs related to their provision of products and services.
Please note if there are any special requirements including time-frame please quote your cost separately. Quotes should include single items such as mentioned above along with full package deals where appropriate.
Please note that we will have a pre-selection meeting where interested potential suppliers/vendors can present their proposed costs, packages and other requirements on 14th May 2022 in Lahore Pakistan. The chosen candidate should be prepared to attend a full meeting scheduled for 16th May 2023 in Lahore Pakistan.

A Guarantee Certificate is a guarantee from a person or company that they will perform under certain conditions specified in an agreement.
