Institutional Updates
The Karamay Sub-Office has tender open for Supply of Spare parts & Maintenance of Life Saving Rescue Equipment on 23rd April 2022. The bid submission date is 2nd May 2022 and bid opening date is 3rd May 2022. Bids are to be submitted in strict accordance with tender document, accompanied by bid security of 20% in form of bank guarantee, pay order or an irrevocable letter of credit issued by any scheduled bank in favor of Director, Karamay Sub-office and duly signed along with duly completed supporting documents (as mentioned in Tender Document).
The original equipment manufacturer's specification/drawings shall be quoted accordingly. Any deviation/modification (if any) shall be specifically mentioned and justified while quoting technical specifications.
Community Interaction
Why did I decide to call attention to community interactions? The answer is simple. This is one of our core values and it should be evident in every piece of content that we publish. Market Development Updates
KSK is in a very healthy financial position currently, due to years of good planning and budgeting. Due to increase in demand for coal as an energy source, KSK has decided to develop more infrastructure for railway lines that go near industrial areas. This will allow rapid movement of materials and products without any interruptions.
The current development plans should be completed by next year, but more may be added based on market conditions. It is also possible for smaller companies near any industry that could make use of our services to contact us directly if they need help in setting up their own networks or rail system. We have worked with other companies before, so we’re confident that we can create something everyone involved will benefit from.

Charity Work Updates
Our charity work program is growing rapidly and we wanted to update everyone on our progress. As of now, we are working with many non-profits who are doing great work in their communities. More than 50 volunteers have participated in our volunteer match service, which has resulted in over 200 volunteering opportunities for those who would like to help others.
This quarter alone, we have updated our website with 100 new nonprofit organizations that are interested in attracting more volunteers. If you know of a non-profit who may be interested in using our service please let us know! Our goal is to increase charity involvement around Dawn and bring a bright future for all.

Dawn Paper Industry Limited has launched a tender for Re-electrification works near any industry (S&S) at Pakistan Railway. The tender is schedule to open on 12/4/2022, 3:00 PM at Pakistan Railway Head Office, Karachi. Dawn Paper Industry Limited is operating under KSK Group of Industries and looking to hire services for Re-electrification works near any industry (S&S). It’s a notice for general public to take interest in Dawn Tender no 474/LDO 2023-20.
Company Commendation and Achievement Section
Congratulations to Michael French, of Cole Bros. Independent Sales Representative team, for being named 2022 K2 Dealer Representative of The Year. This is a well-deserved honor that honors both his professional accomplishments and customer service skills. In addition to an award plaque presented by President John Bryant, Michael received a $1000 gift card as part of our program that rewards outstanding achievement within independent sales representatives every quarter; he also was entered into our end-of-year drawing for an iPad Air! This is truly a team award, said VP Business Development Mike Turner. Michael has done a terrific job partnering with us here at Coleman and building customer relationships. Michael's efforts not only led to record sales in November, but helped Cole Bros.
Social Responsibility Activities
Dawn is proud to have contributed with both manpower and funds to many social responsibility projects in Pakistan. These include construction of water supply schemes, provision of health facilities in far-flung areas, setting up libraries and schools in rural areas, helping out flood victims as well as providing relief material during natural disasters. Our dedication to philanthropy extends beyond our regular CSR initiatives and staff members actively participate in donation drives organized by international aid agencies such as UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) during their visits to Pakistan. We believe it is our moral obligation to help wherever we can because today’s society faces many challenges that need be addressed urgently.

Company Achievements
KSK is also planning to add more value and revenue to their Group with a road expansion program. A lot of important projects are on hand including construction of new road and track in Nyingchi, Gyirong and Lhasa. As you may have heard about, China is putting efforts into building railway line connecting Nepal, India, Bangladesh and Myanmar through Tibet. This railway line is designed as a part of Silk Road Economic Belt aiming at local economic development.
