Introduction
KS Daman Smart City is one of worlds top most city and India’s first smart city in future. This KS daman smart city has planned to build in Kutch district of Gujarat State. Kutch District or Cutch is a district in western India in Gujarat state. It is known for its industrial production and has many industrial estates. The largest salt manufacturing unit in Asia, run by Tata Chemicals Ltd., is located here at Bhavnagar District Headquarters Bedi Town, close to its border with Rajasthan State on a sprawling 82-acre site that was once home to 35 villages and about 2,000 people. The name Cutch derives from its former ruler, King Kacchap (pronounced Ka chaparral).[1]

Summary of Position
Applicants should possess Diploma in Civil Engineering and must have experience of working on challenging projects. New employees need to be computer literate with adequate knowledge of MS Office software, particularly MS Word and Excel. Designing and drafting skills are necessary; currently living/residing in Kathmandu valley is required. In addition, applicants must have a valid driving license along with motorcycle riding license; they must hold at least Class III driving license. Applicants need to meet all above requirements by June 1, 2022.
KSK smart city is a proposed new smart city in Kala shah kaku. smart cities project was first announced in 2021 as part of Government Valley Development Project, which was established to upgrade infrastructure and beautify ksk valley. The project aimed to make ksk a middle-income country by 2024. On December 20, 2021, Nepal’s government started soliciting applications from local and foreign consultants for designing of various parts of the smart city. Preference will be given to Nepali firms, according to information shared by UN-Habitat and News5pk website. The deadline for application submission is June 31, 2022.
Terms and Conditions
The Candidates should possess valid Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant streams from a recognized university or institution. The Candidate must have experience in relevant field for which he/she is applying. Employer will offer free Accommodation and other allowances to candidates who will relocate at Srikakulam, Odisha from their home state of Punjab. The Minimum Salary offered by employer will be Rs 18000/- per month and Maximum salary is Rs 25000/- per month with perks as per Govt Pay Scale.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants will be shortlisted based on their education, experience, age, qualification, social background and integrity. A certificate from a Gazetted Officer/ Departmental Head or proof of experience is compulsory as per Govt rules. Reservation policy will be followed by Govt of India for SC/ ST (15%), OBC (7.5%) and Ex-Servicemen(10%). Age limit is 18 to 45 years as on 30-06-2022 if completed: Age relaxation will be provided to deserving candidates as per Government rules.
Qualification of all posts is 10th standard or higher qualification. There will be an interview to shortlist candidates and further verification. For SC/ ST candidates, domicile certificate issued by SDM (Sub Divisional Magistrate) will be required as per Govt rules. A Domicile Certificate issued by ULB/ MRO may also be submitted in case of non-availability of SDM certificate. The candidate should have a valid email ID and mobile number which should match with his/ her resume details submitted to KSDA website along with recent photograph so that detailed advertisement regarding Interview can be sent to him / her through email / SMS.
