TENDER NOTICE 2022 (ADP)  District Council Pakpattan
District Council Pakpattan intends to call Sealed Tenders for its Development Schemes pertaining to Annual Development Program (ADP) 2021-22 from contractors who are registered /renewed within any Local Government of Division Sahiwal for the financial year 2021-22 in relevant category and deposited their Enlistment/ Renewal Fee in any institute of Local Government in Division Sahiwal on the following terms and conditions and on the schedule prescribed below:

1. The bid documents can be received on payment of fee as per LG & CD Punjab Notification No. SO. Budget (LG)1-37/2020-21 (ADP) Dated 24.09.2021 from Head Clerk (1&5)) on written request by contractor accompanied with attested photo copy of enlistment/renewal letter, ID Card of Contractor, Power of attorney of owner of firm from the date of publication of tender notice till to 13-04-2022 at 1:00 PM.

2. Visit site some copyright ©️ Issues, District Council Pakpattan shall be deposited to Head Clerk (1&S) of Deputy District Officer (1&S), District Council Pakpattan from the Date of Publication. to 16-04-2022 at 01:30 PM.

3. All the received/sealed bids will be opened on dated 16-04-2022 at 02: 00 PM in the office of District Council Pakpattan by the tender opening committee in the presence of available contractors or their authorized representative. 

4. It is compulsory on all participated contractors to quote their rates in numbers as well in words on above or below the estimated cost on percentage basis.

5. ( Visit Site some copyright ©️ issues) within 15 days of issuance of notice. If he does not deposit the required amount, his 5% CDR deposited will be forfeited by the District Council and his tender rate will be rejected and process of re-tendering will be initiated.


7. The Competent Authority may reject all bids at any time prior to the approval / acceptance of the Tender rate.

8. When work order issued to approval contractor, he has to make the agreement with Department on stamp paper of value specified by Government. 

9. Time period for completion of each scheme will be mentioned in work order after approval of rates of the lowest bidder.


12. The contractor to whom work order is issued is bound to conduct all the required quality control tests at his own expense.
