The company was founded in 1992 by David Hitz, James Lau, Edward McCracken and Michael Stonebraker as Network Appliance, Inc., with the goal of competing directly against established giants EMC Corporation and Computer Associates International. It soon changed its name to NetApp and eventually went public in 1995.
Basic Details about the Post
The aforesaid tender is been published to recruit and appoint a director, who will be responsible for steering, leading and managing various affairs of Antakshari Films Private Limited. The recruitment includes selecting an existing company’s promotion as a private limited company or applying fresh by making all formalities necessary under Indian Companies Act 2013 as amended in 2018. The appointment process is going to be carried out in accordance with section 370 of Indian Companies Act 2013 read with 73rd & 74th Amendment Acts of 2014. Eligibility Criteria
Only real and genuine companies can apply for Tender. False or fake details will lead to disqualification of application. Only those companies whose products are good enough will be given an appointment. Once their product is tested, they will be awarded with tender of that particular product. A company who has received a tender (order) must sell his products at that lowest rate and offer warranty period on these products. The company which fails to supply it after being paid with full money in advance will face legal action against him.

How to Apply
Interested bidders may attend in person during tender opening hours at M.P State Aptitude Test Centre, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad between 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Bid submission date is 15 May 2017 and bids must be submitted till 11:30 am. The same shall be opened on 19 May 2017 at 11:45 am by a representative of Gujarat Adarsh Seva Pariwar. All information about tender/bid documents shall be obtained in accordance with section 6 (2) of Indian Contract Act 1872 and M/s NCC Ltd Managing Director's Circular No. 51 dated 7th October 2016
It is mandatory to submit a Bid Security of Rs. 10,000/- in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of M/s NCC Ltd at Ahmedabad. Tender will be opened only if there are more than one tenders for each item and can only be accepted by M/s NCC Ltd Managing Director or his nominee duly authorized. Envelope containing tenders should bear name and complete address ( with Pin Code) on cover page. Incomplete tender/bid documents shall not be entertained under any circumstances. Late bids will neither be entertained nor returned to bidders and will not be considered for technical or any other reason whatsoever by auctioneer or management at their sole discretion.

Gujarat State Fertilizer Corporation Ltd (GSFC) - Gandhinagar has released a tender notice for Manufacture, Supply and Installation of I.R Plant 100 TPD x 8 (Total 800 TPD) For GSFC at its state-of-the-art Chemical Complex at Kalol, Gujarat. The GSFC is a state-government owned company that plans to launch an ambitious project of setting up one of India’s largest fertiliser manufacturing facilities at Kalol in Gujarat. The first phase of 100 TPD production capacity is slated to commence operations in January 2019, with an investment outlay of about Rs 3,000 crore. The bidding process for all eight phases will begin soon after Phase 1 is commissioned.
